We are currently looking for a Social Worker for one of our clients specialised in the protection of women victims of violence and their children.

Responsibilities

- ensure a suitable and caring welcome and support, and demonstrate good listening skills.

- respect the choices and rhythms of the individuals.

- work in a multidisciplinary way and in partnership with the local and national network.

- be able to develop proposals and build responses.

- carry out rigorous activity reporting.

Qualifications

- Diploma in social work or equivalent recognised in Switzerland.

- Good knowledge of the issue of domestic violence.

- Knowledge of policies, measures and systems specific to the field of combating violence against women.

- Knowledge of interview techniques, personal assistance and active listening.

- Ability to assess situations in order to develop and adjust the safety plan for women and their children.

- Good knowledge of Swiss social and administrative systems.
