The Kollegium Heilig Kreuz is a secondary level 2 school in Fribourg that issues a gymnasial Matura certificate. It admits students aged 16 to 20 who attend classes in the French-speaking, German-speaking or bilingual section. The school aims to offer high-quality teaching that promotes creativity and dialogue. Your tasks
- Technical support and management of various school activities and events (graduation ceremony, plenary sessions, theatre, concerts and other school events)
- Maintain and manage the technical infrastructure of the auditorium and classrooms (stage lighting, sound system, projection, cabling and various connections)
- Maintain inventories of technical equipment
- Support the organisation of school events in logistical and technical respects
- Participate in the budgeting process within your area of responsibility
- Produce and implement multimedia content
- Lead and coordinate the technical team at external events
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a technical or logistical field or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Excellent knowledge of audiovisual and multimedia equipment, including content projection (playback software, video projectors, interactive screens) and sound technology
- Very good skills in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of sound systems (audio racks, microphones, speakers, audio mixing)
- Very good computer skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems related to multimedia equipment
- Flexibility regarding working hours, especially in connection with school events
- Enjoy working with teachers and students
- Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language and interest in a bilingual working environment
