With your strong team orientation and ability to collaborate constructively with your Co-Head, you lead all RAV locations in the canton of Lucerne with approximately 90 employees.

• You are responsible for the management and organization of the department, including budgeting and personnel planning.
• You are responsible for the standardization of processes and a modern leadership culture across all locations.
• You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the entire personnel consulting within the framework of the public employment strategy.
• You are responsible for the consulting content as well as the legally compliant execution of the Unemployment Insurance Act.

• You have several years of leadership experience in a team leader position or at a higher management level. 
• Ideally, you bring practical professional experience in an administrative environment, RAV, or labor integration.
• You have a completed degree in HR management or business administration with additional leadership training.
• You convince with a pronounced leadership personality, high social competence, communication skills, and an appreciative, empathetic attitude is natural for you.
• You have a strong economic and socio-political understanding.
• You have very good conceptual and analytical skills.
