What you bring with you
- Qualification as a Certified Activation Specialist HF or many years of professional experience
- Solid experience working with people with dementia (person-centred care and validation)
- Joy and interest in working with older people
- Creativity, empathy and a sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and flexible way of working
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good German language skills / understanding of dialect
