Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Receipt, inspection and proper storage of goods
• Checking deliveries for quantity, quality and visible damage
• Picking and preparation of customer and production orders
• Packaging, labelling and shipping preparation
• Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
• Internal transport of goods and materials
• Operation of various industrial trucks
• Carrying out inbound, outbound and internal transfers
• Recording and posting of goods movements in the warehouse management system
• Assistance with inventories and stock checks
• Processing delivery notes and shipping documents
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations
• Collaboration with production, purchasing, shipping and other departments

We expect

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or EBA
• Experience in goods receipt, goods issue or picking
• Confident handling of warehouse and transport equipment
• Valid SUVA-recognised forklift licence is an advantage
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and mobile scanners
• Good German language skills
• French language skills are an advantage
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Independent, careful and responsible working style
• Strong quality and safety awareness
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work shifts depending on the company of assignment
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle are an advantage
