Are you familiar with real estate finance and accounting? Together with a strong team, we are responsible for the financial management of our real estate investment products. This includes budgeting, financing, reporting, as well as the financial semi-annual and annual reporting of our products. We also ensure risk management, benchmarking, and support of our real estate-specific IT platform. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, analytically strong, and independent personality.

Your tasks
- Professional and timely support of semi-annual and annual financial statements according to OR, KAG, KGAST, and Swiss GAAP FER
- Regular control tasks of various accounting positions (vacancy, maintenance, etc.)
- Control of tax calculations and declarations for property taxes, real estate capital gains taxes, and VAT
- Data preparation and support in budgeting, liquidity planning, and various evaluations
- Execution and documentation of internal controls (ICS)
- Responsible for professional and timely external financing as well as mortgage management of our real estate products
- Active participation in projects for the further development of systems (including Immopac, Flowable), tools, and processes
- Close collaboration with internal specialists from portfolio management, asset management, and project management
Your profile
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or completed higher business education with a focus on finance & accounting (university / university of applied sciences)
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting of real estate portfolios including taxes
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, ideally KAG and Swiss GAAP FER
- Additional training in real estate (MAS / SVIT) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Excel and strong IT affinity
- Good knowledge of regulatory real estate key figures (AMAS, KGAST) is an advantage
- Team-oriented working style, high personal responsibility, and pronounced quality awareness
