In the Occupational Health Service, you take on a central role for the health and performance capability of our employees. You operate in a demanding field of tension between medicine, prevention, and organisational responsibility – with direct influence on the well-being throughout the entire company. We are looking to strengthen our team from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement.
Your Area of Responsibility
- The health and work ability of our employees are at the centre of your activity, with a direct impact on the well-being throughout the entire company
- You conduct consultations at our main and subsidiary locations for workplace-related health concerns of our employees
- Your focus areas include the development of infection protection, the implementation of legally required aptitude examinations, and the assessment of workplace-related issues
- You advise employees in challenging situations, for example with psychological stress, sleep disorders, or addiction issues, make well-founded triage decisions, and support reintegration processes in collaboration with internal specialist departments
Your Experience
- You hold the specialist title in General Internal Medicine and have several years of clinical experience. Ideally, you have the subspecialty "Psychosomatic and Psychosocial Medicine" or are willing to develop specifically in this area
- You are interested in occupational medical issues and enjoy prevention, health promotion, and the development of sustainable offers for our employees
- Even in sensitive and complex advisory situations, you act empathetically, reflectively, and make medically sound decisions
- With your clear, appreciative communication and your flair for interprofessional collaboration, you build trust and contribute to a positive advisory and team climate
