The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory with a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our Hospitality Services team, we are looking for a qualified cook with a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of renewal, at the Lugano Regional Hospital:

Profile:
The ideal candidate has professional experience as a cook in medium/large private or public organisations. They feel comfortable in a multicultural environment and know how to manage interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. They are willing, flexible to change, enthusiastic about bringing new ideas, and able to ensure quality while respecting times and procedures.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of capacity as a qualified cook
- Solid experience in the catering sector
- Strong knowledge of equipment, food techniques, and HACCP standards
- Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently
- Autonomy, flexibility, confidentiality
- Teamwork orientation
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a second national language (Fr/De)
- Good IT skills
