Telematics Specialist (Family Business)
Activities
- Planning, installation, and maintenance of communication and IT infrastructures
- Setup and maintenance of networks, VoIP systems, and telephone systems
- Support with IT support requests (1st and 2nd level)
- Technical documentation and customer support on-site and remotely
Requirements
- Completed training as a Telematics Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in network technology (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, etc.)
- Knowledge in telecommunications (VoIP, SIP, ISDN advantageous)
- Driver's license category B advantageous
