The SalZH Foundation, founded in 2002, cares for and educates in the Winterthur area – together with more than 200 employees in four daycares, four playgroups, at primary and secondary schools in regular and special education.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a versatile personality who shapes our HR processes with heart and mind. As an HR Generalist, you are the first point of contact for our employees and managers in all personnel-related matters. Your tasks include:
- Supporting employees and managers in all HR-related questions (from entry to exit)
- Working in a team with a personnel officer responsible for HR administration (employment contracts, changes, certificates, absence management, including payroll, etc.)
- Advising and coaching managers on labor law and personnel-related topics
- Organizing and conducting recruitment processes including active sourcing and accompanying interviews
- Organizing and implementing talent, succession, and development measures
- Maintaining and further developing HR policies and processes
- Participating in and leading HR projects and cross-location initiatives (e.g., digitization, health management, employer branding)
- You want or can use AI to optimize work processes
What do you bring?
- Completed commercial basic training or degree as well as successfully completed further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience in HR administration and solid know-how in payroll
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law as well as HR processes
- Dynamic, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with joy in collaborative design
- High independence, initiative, and enjoyment of direct contact with people
- Confident handling of MS Office and modern HR systems (ideally Abacus)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Responsibility for training commercial apprentices
