To strengthen our Swiss Romande Sales team, and to support our growth, we are looking for a
Clinical Support Specialist - Orthopedics

Responsibilities:
Work closely with medical teams to provide technical assistance and train them in the use of Symbios products.
For a number of hospitals, the list of which will evolve:
- Ensure direct or indirect presence and assistance in the operating room for all operations for which our equipment is provided.
- Ensure that scans are transmitted without delay via our Symbios Connect system.
- Plan in 3D and/or support the surgeon in the 3D planning of their cases; supervision may be provided by the account sales manager and/or an experienced colleague.
- Ensure that the equipment is properly reserved with our customer service.
- Ensure that the operating room has all the necessary equipment (status of consignments or ordering and reservation of equipment).
- Carry out biannual inventories in these hospitals.
Support across all of Swiss Romande (exceptionally in German-speaking Switzerland) and upon request from the sales team:
- Ensure presence and/or assistance in the operating room
- Retrieve scans into our system
- Plan cases in 3D
- Perform inventories
For all of Swiss Romande (exceptionally for German-speaking Switzerland):
- Help and support for the organization and logistics of training or communication events (master classes, Young Resident, factory visits, etc.)
- Help and support during medical congresses (SSO, JRO, Mains Libres, etc.), presence at the booth
Finally, as an underlying task to all these duties, the employee must promote the products to enable the development of their sales and the growth of the Company's market share.
Profile sought:
- Training as an Operating Room Technician ES, or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the operating room, preferably in orthopedic surgery
- In-depth knowledge of hip and knee anatomy is a plus.
- Clinical/technical knowledge of hip and knee products is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously (scans, planning, inventories), strictly respecting deadlines (operations, transmissions, reservations).
- Rigorous tracking of consigned equipment.
- Ability to work on different sites and adapt to varied environments.
- Clear and professional communication with surgeons, operating room teams, and colleagues. Team spirit and willingness to share best practices.
- Diplomacy, adaptability in stressful or emergency operating situations, and natural empathy for others.
- Autonomy, initiative, sense of service and satisfaction of the surgeon/user.
- Native French speaker or bilingual, with a good level of English (minimum B2). German skills would be a plus.
- Comfortable with standard computer tools.
