• Administration: processing mail; providing oral and written information to customers; maintaining address or databases; processing offers, invoices, measurements and deployment plans
• Marketing: organising events; managing internet/intranet pages as well as the Instagram channel and the ERNE shop; participating in sponsorship; maintaining the apprentice page and house newspaper
• Finance: processing incoming and outgoing invoices; participating in dunning; maintaining address or databases
• HR: participating in apprentice and trial schemes; participating in absence management and personnel administration
• Sales: recording offers; managing customer data; assisting with order procurement
• Acquisition: assisting with order procurement; gaining insight into costing

• Besides your organisational talent, you are sociable and creative
