Activities- Scope for design: You actively shape the living and development environment of the young people and promote their independence as well as responsible living with regard to adulthood
- Administrative responsibility: Take over the administrative file management for your reference clients and provide close social pedagogical work with them
- Diversity in everyday work: Cooperation with guardians, schools, sports clubs and many other partners
- Creativity and innovation: Organize group activities and contribute your ideas to enrich life together in the center
- Mastering challenging situations: Crisis intervention and conflict management are part of your tasks as well as close social pedagogical work with the young people
Requirements
- A completed education in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, educational sciences or a related field
- Practical experience in working with young people is an advantage
- Calmness in difficult situations and a high level of social competence
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
