The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, living, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For our care-appropriate residential group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an empathetic, humorous, and motivated

Care Specialist for Intensive Care Residential Group for Children 60-80%

These are your tasks:

Complementing our team with a total of 7 children and young people
Support in an individual setting
Creating an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
Compassionate care (including palliative) and support for children and young people with severe impairments
Close coordination with the team for a shared care-pedagogical approach and for jointly shaping everyday life

What you bring with you:

Qualification as a certified nurse / care specialist / health EFZ
Professional experience in supporting people with impairments
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
Enjoyment in supporting children and young people
