We are looking for you!
You live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and want to work for an innovative Swiss machine engineering company? You start directly from your place of residence to our customers and enjoy a varied working day with a high degree of personal responsibility. If you like to be on the road Monday to Friday and appreciate direct contact with customers, we look forward to getting to know you!
Your main tasks include:
- You install and commission our CNC machines directly at our customers’ premises
- You train users and ensure a successful start with our machines
- You independently carry out maintenance, repairs, conversions and retrofits
- You analyse faults, create error diagnoses and find sustainable solutions
- You document your assignments professionally and create meaningful service reports
Your profile:
- You have a category B driving licence and enjoy being on the road. Longer driving times are also part of a varied working day for you.
- You communicate confidently and precisely in German, both orally and in writing
- You have completed basic mechanical training, for example as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic or in a comparable profession, and have experience in special machine construction
- You are enthusiastic about CNC controls and technical contexts. Independent work, initiative and solution-oriented thinking characterise you
- You present yourself in a customer-oriented, team-capable and professional manner and always communicate respectfully and on an equal footing
You also bring the following:
- You have control knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Siemens
- Additional French and English skills are welcome but not a requirement
