Host/Hostess in Hospitality 30 - 50%

For our retirement and nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated personality to complement our hospitality team as agreed.

Host/Hostess in Hospitality 30-50% 

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for a smooth morning, lunch, and evening service for our residents in the groups (including meal ordering)
• Responsible for cleanliness and implementation of hygiene and food regulations in the department kitchen
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in care, kitchen, and cleaning
• Advising residents on daily menu selection 
• Assisting with internal and external events
• Responsible for labeling and providing residents' laundry 
• Mainly afternoon shifts until 6:30 PM and also weekend shifts

Your profile:

• Completed training (service, hospitality, gastronomy)
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Host/Hostess with heart and soul
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience in service / with elderly people
• Good German language skills (Swiss German is an advantage) in spoken and written form 
• Any additional language is an advantage
