About the job

• You technically and commercially support and advise our customers in Western Switzerland via various communication channels and develop tailored sensor solutions with real added value.
• You create customised offers, consistently follow them up, and accompany enquiries until successful order completion.
• You coordinate technical issues with internal specialist departments and ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing.
• You develop new business opportunities, actively pursue leads, and work closely with marketing to specifically drive market development and growth.

• You have a technical basic education as an electronics technician, automation technician, multimedia electronics technician, building services planner, or in a comparable field, supplemented by technical or business management training (e.g. Technical Salesman, FH, HF).
• You bring experience as a Technical Customer Advisor or in a comparable role and know how to convey technical solutions in a customer-oriented manner.
• You communicate fluently in German and French and move confidently in a professional customer environment.
• You convince with a proactive, communicative, and responsible working style and recognise opportunities before others do.
