Application Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development and elaboration of design concepts in close collaboration with customers

• Responsibility for the technical specifications of valve solutions

• Participation in complex international development projects

• Technical contact person for customer enquiries and new applications

• Initiation and promotion of new developments in the PET sector

• Building and deepening expertise in blow moulding and valve technology

• Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or systems engineering

• Several years of experience in product development, ideally over 5 years

• Experience with technically demanding industrial products

• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and international collaboration

• Experience with PET, blow moulding technology, valve or fluid technology is an advantage

• Analytical, creative and entrepreneurial mindset as well as initiative and sense of responsibility

• Team-oriented, open personality with pleasure in contributing new ideas and further developing solutions
