For our partner company, an established Swiss enterprise in metal processing and assembly production for industrial sectors such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, and automotive, we are seeking an independent and motivated

CAM Programmer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Creating and optimising CNC programmes for milling and turning machines including simulation and approval for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres.
• Analysing manufacturing drawings and 3D models as well as determining suitable tools, clamping devices, and machining strategies.
• Optimising manufacturing processes to reduce lead times and actively participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Collaborating with design, work preparation, production, as well as upstream and downstream departments to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensuring quality standards according to norms and managing and maintaining programme data.

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a poly/production mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Several years of professional experience with solid CNC knowledge
• Good knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain, and Fanuc controls
• Programming skills with TopSolid desired
• Understanding of technical drawings and work instructions
• Independent, precise working style as well as a high quality awareness
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• PC user skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
