Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Lead two teams in CNC manufacturing both professionally and personally
- Ensure production targets for quality, deadlines, safety, and costs
- Support and promote employees during ongoing operations
- Coordinate personnel and capacity planning with AVOR and planning
- Introduce new technologies and automation in manufacturing
Requirements
- Technical-mechanical basic training, preferably with further education at FH or HF level
- Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing
- Leadership experience as team leader, group leader, shift supervisor, or deputy
- Know-how in CNC processes and CAM systems, SolidCAM is an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be desirable
