Tasks
- You keep the threads together in personnel administration
- You maintain the personnel master data in the HR systems
- You manage the entry and exit processes
- With your open manner, you advise employees and managers on general HR questions
- You support payroll administration (recording of various payrolls)
- You actively shape our HR processes and drive their optimization forward
Expectations
- Completed commercial training and further education in the HR field (trainer course is an advantage)
- Several years of experience in HR administration (knowledge of the entire employee life cycle)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Discreet, reliable and careful working style – combined with a friendly and service-oriented appearance
