Your Tasks
- Holistic care: You accompany acutely ill, elderly people from admission to discharge, with the aim of gradually restoring their independence step by step
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Together with doctors, therapists (physio, ergo, speech therapy) and the social service, you ensure optimal, holistic treatment
- Complex care: You apply your expertise in acute geriatrics, palliative care and rehabilitative nursing purposefully and continuously develop it further
- Co-creation: You actively contribute your ideas to nursing development and interdisciplinary case discussions
- Support & guidance: You accompany learners and students in everyday life and gladly pass on your knowledge
Your Profile
- Training: Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
- Experience: Professional experience in acute care or ideally in acute geriatrics or long-term care
- Social competence: Empathetic, resilient and communicative personality with a heart for elderly people
- Expertise: High professional competence in care planning, assessment and documentation
- Working style: Independence, sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritise in dynamic situations
