Claims Officer (fixed-term) 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assisting with the processing and handling of claims cases in the Operations Center

• Independent examination of claims cases and cost approval requests taking into account KVG and VVG

• Clarification and assessment of claims applications in close collaboration with the trusted medical officers

• Successfully completed medical or commercial training

• Professional experience in the claims area of a health insurance company is an advantage

• Quick comprehension as well as an independent and reliable working style

• Open, communicative and motivated personality with enjoyment of teamwork
