About the job
Head of Business Services, Billing and Process Management 100%- You lead the Business Services area with the specialist departments Account Billing, Product/Process Management for infrastructural and technical building management (IGM/TGM), Systems & Tools as well as the Helpdesk
- You are responsible for the contract-compliant implementation of complex customer contracts and ensure that agreed service and billing models are applied correctly
- You ensure the timely and error-free billing of services for our Key Accounts Switzerland and are responsible for the quality of the underlying processes
- You further develop calculation and billing models, analyse financial and performance data and derive concrete actions and optimisation measures from them
- You act as a competent contact person for account managers, finance and operations on financial, contractual and procedural issues
- You establish high quality standards as well as sustainable governance for systems, processes and data
- You lead cross-departmental projects and change management measures to increase efficiency and standardisation in the mandate
- You bring a higher business, financial or technical education (FH, university, HF or equivalent)
- You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable role within facility management, a service-oriented environment or a complex matrix organisation
- You have proven expertise in contract management of demanding customer mandates and many years of experience in managing billing processes
- You bring sound experience in developing calculation and business models as well as in analysing and interpreting financial and performance indicators
- You have a confident manner at management level and a strong ability to successfully bring together different stakeholders
- You speak fluent German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
