About the job
The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees provide elderly people with a regionally unique comprehensive care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. What Awaits You
As a specialist in hotel and housekeeping EBA, you actively shape the daily life of our residents and patients:
- You ensure cleanliness and a homely atmosphere in rooms and common areas
- You learn to properly wash, sew, iron, and distribute laundry
- You care for guests, relatives, and employees in the cafeteria, residents' restaurant If d`or, and the private ward
- You assist in planning and implementing events – from decoration to the buffet
- You learn to handle machines, dishwashing organization, cleaning products, and hygiene standards
- You learn to correctly complete various administrative tasks such as internal orders, checklists, and forms.
- You learn to decorate public areas, rooms, and floors seasonally, traditionally, and modernly
