Quality Technician 80% – 100%

Your tasks

You create measurement programmes on coordinate measuring machines and carry out MSAs as well as machine and process capability analyses (cmk & cpk). In addition, you prepare EMPB, PPAP and validation documents and maintain test protocols as well as work instructions in the CAQ system. You support the monitoring of measuring equipment, series testing and the handling of customer complaints.

You can look forward to

• Creating measurement programmes on coordinate measuring machines
• Planning and conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) as well as machine and process capability studies (cmk & cpk)
• Preparing initial sample test reports (EMPB), Production-Part-Approval-Process (PPAP) and validation documents
• Creating and managing test protocols, limit sample catalogues and work instructions in the CAQ system
• Assisting with the monitoring of measuring equipment
• Assisting with series testing and monitoring
• Assisting with the handling of customer complaints and internal error reports

We would be pleased if you have

• Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
• Further training as a quality technician or test planner is an advantage
• Experience with quality techniques as well as knowledge in the automotive sector IATF 16949
• Good English skills, both spoken and written
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
