Construction Manager / Foreman Plasterer

Job Description

• Independent management and organisation of plastering and drywall projects
• Coordination of construction sites, schedules, and personnel
• Quality assurance and supervision of execution work
• Cost and performance monitoring, reporting, and billing
• Contact person for clients, architects, and subcontractors

We Expect

• Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer, stucco worker, or comparable qualification
• Further training as a construction manager, foreman, or technician is an advantage
• Several years of experience in construction or project management in the plastering trade
• Organisational talent, assertiveness, and high personal responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, driving licence category B
