Responsibilities

We are looking for you as a Clerk: Technical Systems (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO at the Koblenz location as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Your main task is to keep the structural and technical systems required in station management safe and available.

In doing so, you observe the applicable legal requirements and recognised rules of technology; internal technical product, framework and standard specifications; internal service provider contracts; requirements for safe railway operations and economic-budgetary guidelines.

You check systems for compliance with railway-specific laws, regulations and guidelines; quality as well as the associated documents for completeness, among other things through regular inspections (according to guideline 804).

In addition, you take over the management of warranty handling for all systems assigned to you and accept the services.

You represent station management on technical matters in the specialist department vis-à-vis the supervisory authorities.

In this role, you are part of the safety management system and therefore regularly participate in training measures and, if necessary, also in fitness and suitability tests.

Skills

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial-technical vocational training, such as an electrical technician or heating and ventilation technician.

In addition to initial experience in the mentioned area of responsibility, you convince us with your understanding of technology, systems and the associated requirements.

Furthermore, you have the ability to explain complex issues, figures and results clearly.

You are structured and always keep an overview even in stressful situations – working with IT tools (MS Office, SAP) is natural for you.

You represent your position with expert arguments and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.

You derive relevant data for planning, control and evaluation from figures.

You are communicative and look forward to working in a team.
