Team Leader Restaurant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Independent shift management
Leading and promoting employees
Shift planning, ordering, inventory and invoice processing
Administrative tasks, email correspondence, cash register system
Advising and serving guests, assisting in daily business
Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards

Requirements

Completed training in gastronomy
Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
First leadership experience, service- and customer-oriented
Positive demeanour, friendly and motivated
Team player, good organisational skills
Flexible with time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
Strong affinity for fresh and high-quality products
