The BÂLE HOTELS GROUP unites six hotels and two conference centres under one roof, representing hospitality, utmost comfort, and a passion for gastronomy. Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest care and concierge duties
- Active upselling
- Telephone service
- Receipt and processing of individual reservations
- Guest correspondence
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality and initial experience at the reception advantageous
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Good French skills and Opera knowledge advantageous
- Reliable, team-oriented, flexible, resilient with an open demeanour
- Motivation, passion for the profession, and enjoyment of work
- Neat appearance, good manners
- High commitment including weekends and public holidays
