THYON - A Summer Season Operations Agent Substitute

§  Replace the operations agents during their 2.5-hour lunch break, 6 days a week

§  Monitor boarding and disembarking operations on the assigned cable transport installations;

§  Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking operations if needed;

§  Manage the admission and transport of passengers as well as any possible goods, according to operational instructions and other internal directives (procedures, work instructions, etc.);

§  Maintain the boarding and disembarking areas in good condition, according to current legal bases and other internal directives;

§  Apply procedures and other directives in case of prolonged installation stoppage, breakdown, accident, etc.;

§  Show courtesy and availability towards passengers (customer reception, information requests, etc.);

§  Maintain order and cleanliness around the boarding and disembarking areas, as well as in service premises (cabins, etc.);

§  Always wear the work uniforms provided by the company;

§  Report without delay any accident, incident or exceptional event to superiors;

§  Participate in other tasks as needed by the department;

§  Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company and the operation of its Quality – Safety – Environment management system                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

§  Show resistance to mountain weather conditions;

§  Be neat and well-groomed;

§  Have interpersonal skills, be friendly towards customers;

§  Have basic knowledge of a foreign language.
