Key Accountabilities
- Developing and modifying artworks for printed packaging components, including boxes, labels, leaflets, and foils, based on requests in the artwork management system, technical drawings, graphic guidelines, standard procedures, technical guidelines, and work instructions
- Ensuring that all artwork executions and corrections fully comply with expectations and applicable requirements
- Communicating completed artwork through the artwork management system
- Collaborating regularly with Coordinators (Project Leaders) and Proofreaders (Quality Control)
- Ensuring GMP compliance and quality by guaranteeing that artwork development activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements and are fully auditable at any time by internal QA or Health Authorities
- Ensuring service excellence by delivering artworks on time, in full, and according to specifications, while keeping key stakeholders informed of project status
- Supporting cost effectiveness by minimizing artwork loops and helping maintain competitive average costs per artwork
- Supporting strategic projects related to artwork development and continuous improvement
Qualifikationen
Your profile
- Polygraph or Graphic Designer qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in artwork creation within an international environment, preferably in a packaging artwork agency, the pharmaceutical industry, or FMCG
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing
- Understanding of regulatory affairs concepts and processes
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, and other related regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international and multicultural teams
- Excellent working knowledge of design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to create artwork and apply design guidelines across a broad range of products
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D image creation and rendering would be considered an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English; German would be an advantage
