Technical Customer Support Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this exciting role, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Technical advice and support for customers and service technicians

• Timely planning and coordination of repair assignments

• Coordination of remaining work from new system business

• Handling hotline and support cases

• Sales of service offerings such as maintenance contracts, training, spare parts packages

• Project management of small projects in the areas of system optimisation, retrofit and product development

• Coordination of technical service deployment meetings with the customer

• Willingness to occasionally undertake field service assignments for troubleshooting and technical support at the customer site

• Continuous controlling and optimisation of processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training with technical or commercial further education

• Experience as a service technician in mechanical and plant engineering

• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge required

• Knowledge in control and automation technology (PLC, Siemens TIA Portal) as well as in control and drive technology

• Good English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage

• Independent, reliable and structured way of working

• Responsible and decisive

• Team player, communicative as well as high service and customer orientation
