What is the job about?:
To ensure that our employees can perform their jobs professionally, we need a committed and energetic HR specialist with passion. And this is where you come in!
You will take care of the following tasks:
- Management of the HR department
- Sparring partner and advisor to the management in all HR and leadership matters
- Ensuring and actively participating in all HR processes across all our locations (recruitment, personnel development, payroll processing, working time management, personnel insurance, personnel cost budgeting, administration)
- Designing and implementing measures for employee retention
- Responsibility for HR digitization (further development of Abacus)
- Preparation of HR key figures, analyses, and reports for the executive management
- Internal communication and organization of personnel events
You will be supported in these diverse tasks by your assistant.
What you should bring:
- Commercial basic training with solid further education in human resources
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR of an SME – ideally with leadership responsibility
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Good IT skills in Abacus and common MS Office programs
- High independence, personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion
- Very good German skills spoken and written (native level), French skills are required for communication with colleagues in Western Switzerland (level B2), good English is an advantage in contact with our mateco colleagues
- Solution-oriented, enjoyment of operational HR work, and interest in an extraordinary industry
- Willingness to travel to our locations
