Your missions 🛠

• Define performance objectives and acceptance criteria based on business stakes and expected service levels
• Build the testing strategy and plan: load, stress, endurance, and ramp-up
• Design and automate user journeys with JMeter and/or LoadRunner (VuGen)
• Prepare test data and configure load scenarios
• Participate in setting up environments and monitoring tools
• Manage test campaigns and ensure real-time monitoring
• Analyse results and identify bottlenecks or capacity issues
• Utilise monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk to facilitate performance analysis
• Make optimisation recommendations on various components: application, database, infrastructure…
• Conduct re-test campaigns after fixes and measure the gains achieved
• Produce performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices

Your profile 👀

• Higher education in computer science or a technical field
• Proven experience in performance and load testing
• Proficiency in JMeter and/or LoadRunner / VuGen
• Good knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring tools
• Ability to analyse complex issues and identify their root cause
• Ease in coordinating with technical and business stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and result-oriented
• Fluent French is essential
