• Supporting the team leader in managing and organising the production team
• Participating in day-to-day operations and actively supporting employees in production
• Monitoring and ensuring an efficient production process
• Setting up, operating and monitoring production equipment and machines
• Ensuring required quality standards and compliance with production specifications
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions and initiating appropriate measures
• Supporting the optimisation of production processes and workflows
• Conducting and monitoring quality controls
• Training and mentoring new employees
• Coordinating and supporting the team during staff shortages
• Documenting relevant production and quality data
• Close collaboration with production management and other internal departments

• Completed technical or craft apprenticeship
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines and equipment
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work day, evening and night shifts
• Flexibility and resilience
• Good knowledge of German
