About the job
On behalf of our clients - a renowned pharmaceutical company from the Basel region - we are currently looking for a:
Plastics Fabricator / Plastics Technician (m/f)
Main tasks:
Custom manufacturing: You produce apparatus, containers and system components from thermoplastics (e.g. PE, PP, PVC, PVDF).
Welding technology: You master various welding methods such as hot gas welding, extrusion welding or heated element butt welding.
Assembly & Service: Occasionally you support our team with on-site assembly or carry out repairs on existing systems.
Quality control: You work according to technical drawings and ensure that every weld seam and dimension is perfect.
Qualifications
Desired profile:
Training: Completed apprenticeship as a plastics fabricator, plastics technician or a comparable craft training (e.g. pipe fitter with plastics experience).
Manual skills: You have an eye for detail and work cleanly and structured.
Reading competence: Technical drawings and isometrics are no mystery to you.
Team spirit: You are a reliable team player who keeps a cool head even in hectic phases.
