Our 14-member workshop team is looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will take on various seasonal tasks in the workshop, starting from A for planting flower beds, B for stream maintenance and biodiversity, N for combating neophytes, R for renaturation, to Z for time management of your team. We serve you a varied alphabet soup and guarantee that you will never be bored!
You will lead a small team of about five employees and ensure, with a well-structured planning process, that after the morning report everyone knows what to do. In hectic times, you keep a cool head and solve problems independently and pragmatically. At the same time, you are open to taking new paths and bringing in new ideas profitably.

If you have professional experience as a gardener (EFZ) or foreman in the green sector, possess a valid driver's license (Category B, preferably Category BE trailer), and are willing to be on call, you are exactly the right person!
We are a well-rehearsed, humorous, supportive team and work straightforwardly, thanks to our short decision-making processes. In our modern workshop (built in 2017) with excellent infrastructure, we feel very comfortable. The human factor is very important to us: we maintain the tradition of firing up the grill together during lunch or occasionally inviting our "office rubber bands" from administration to an aperitif with us. Because we value and cherish good and trusting collaboration with other areas and departments.
