- You actively shape everyday nursing and promote a respectful, collegial team culture
- You lead the ward's training team professionally and organizationally and support students and trainees in their development
- You ensure training quality, actively plan and design learning processes and internships
- You work closely with the educational supervisors, trainers, and ward management in the shared leadership team and actively participate in projects, meetings, and workshops
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a certified nurse HF or FH
- Experience as a trainer or instructor
- Ideally experience in the care and support of hematological or oncological patients
- Strong pedagogical skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for training processes
- Willingness to continuously advance and further educate yourself in vocational training and to contribute to relevant committees
