Your job destination

• You have operational and personnel responsibility for the operation of the baggage sorting system during your shift
• Administrative tasks as well as assignments in the control room of the baggage sorting system are also part of your duties
• You ensure the quality of the services to be provided in coordination with the interface partners
• During the absence of the head of the department, you act as their deputy in operations
• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of a group of control room and system operators

Your skills in your baggage

• You have completed vocational training and have professional experience in an aviation and/or logistical/technical role
• Customer- and service-oriented actions are second nature to you
• Your team colleagues wish for an open and cheerful new team member with humour and team spirit
• You have confident communication skills and feel comfortable dealing with people from different cultures
• You regularly question existing processes and find it easy to contribute new ideas
• To be able to cover all shifts, you hold a category B driving licence
