Property Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established Swiss organisation focusing on services, consulting, and representation of interests in the real estate sector. With sound market knowledge, high expertise, and a broad range of services, it supports owners, investors, and other stakeholders with legal, economic, and organisational issues related to real estate.
Responsibilities:
You accompany owners and prospective buyers throughout the entire sales process.
You evaluate residential properties and prepare well-founded market value analyses.
You acquire new sales mandates and look after existing clients.
You conduct viewings, sales negotiations, and notarizations.
You plan and coordinate marketing and promotional measures.
Qualifications:
Completed training or studies as well as several years of experience in real estate marketing.
Further education in the real estate sector.
Independent, customer-oriented, and confident negotiator.
Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
Very good knowledge of German.
