Polymechanic CNC Long Turning 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently operate star and Tornos long turning machines

• You analyse machine malfunctions and implement sustainable solutions

• You release first sample parts according to quality specifications

• You perform tool changes according to defined service life specifications

• You document measurement results in the manufacturing process without gaps

• You ensure smooth machine operation including maintenance and servicing

• You prepare and assemble cutting tools

• You quickly and precisely rectify machine and loading malfunctions

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a production mechanic, polymechanic, décolleteur or comparable - or you have many years of experience in CNC turning

• At least 3 years of experience on CNC-controlled lathes, ideally with star or Tornos long turning automatics

• Good knowledge of CNC programming as well as confident handling of Fanuc controls

• You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented

• You have a high quality awareness and work precisely

• You are willing to work shifts occasionally
