As an Account Director, you are responsible for smooth, innovative, and economical service delivery at our client’s various locations in Switzerland, as well as for high-quality service standards and high customer satisfaction. This includes areas such as reception, meeting room catering, janitorial services, technical operations, and cleaning.
Your main tasks:
- Operational and financial overall responsibility for all FM services at the locations in the Zurich area
- Further development of contractually agreed service offerings
- Employee leadership, development, and support according to the organizational chart
- Advising the customer on all operational and tactical FM issues
- Organization, standardization & optimization of processes and workflows
- Implementation of a continuous improvement process; introduction of innovations
- Project management, participation, and organization of additional assignments
- Contract management, coordination of subcontractors
Your profile:
- Education in hospitality or facility management
- Further training in organization or real estate industry is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role and at least 3 years of leadership experience
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Above-average high service and customer orientation
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and healthy assertiveness
- Great organizational and planning skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
- Confident and well-groomed appearance, combined with good manners
- Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
