About the job
Your tasks include
- Financial Planning and Controlling: Active participation in budgeting, forecasting as well as multi-year planning and ensuring future-oriented reporting for management.
- Scope for creativity: In this newly created position, you will take on the development and further advancement of modern controlling instruments and processes with the highest degree of entrepreneurial freedom.
- Direct reporting: You act as a strategic sparring partner and report directly to the CFO of Triaplus AG in this staff function.
- Data analysis and Business Intelligence: Extraction and preparation of complex clinical and financial data using modern BI tools (Qlik or TIP HCe) to create sound decision-making bases and further develop the operational Management Information System (MIS).
- Excel excellence: Development and maintenance of complex data models, financial simulations and ad-hoc analyses as a recognised Excel expert.
- Clinical controlling: Support in the further development of cost and performance accounting according to the REKOLE standard as well as analysis of tariff key figures within the psychiatric billing system TARPSY.
- Project management: Participation in cross-departmental projects and support in QM processes.
You bring with you
- A successfully completed university/FH degree with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, or a qualification as a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling.
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or finance and accounting.
- Experience in the Swiss healthcare system or hospital environment is a great advantage.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel combined with a strong IT affinity in handling databases, ERP systems (such as OPALE) and modern BI tools (Qlik, TIP HCe).
- A highly performance-oriented, proactive personality with pronounced analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking.
