Requirements

• Training as a certified site manager, civil engineer or construction technician HF
  
• Experience with industrial and high-rise buildings
  
• Experience in construction cost planning as well as estimation, scheduling and contract management
  
• Knowledge of Swiss standards / building laws
  
• Good BauAd Messerli knowledge
  
• Independent, reliable and deadline-oriented working style
  
• Communication skills and polished manners complete your profile
