An exciting internship awaits you immediately or by arrangement in the Legal Service of the Department of School and Sport. The position is initially fixed-term for 9 - 12 months.
Your tasks
- Conducting internal and external administrative legal appeal procedures within the jurisdiction of the school board, including drafting decisions and preparing submissions to the competent appellate authority
- Legal clarifications in administrative law, especially school law and employment law
Your profile
- Completed law degree (MLaw)
- Very good command of German
- Strong service orientation, independence, high resilience, and precise working style
