Masonry Team Leader – Technical Renovation

R. PELLA SA is recruiting several team leaders.

We work on technical and demanding sites: drilling, sawing, complex renovations, specific interventions in sensitive environments.

Your role

On site, you are responsible for your team (2 to 3 people) and the proper execution of the work:

• Organisation and supervision of the team
• Execution of the work (formwork, concrete, masonry, drilling, renovation, etc.)
• Reading plans and implementation
• Management of equipment and compliance with instructions
• Daily site monitoring (daily report)

→ You work towards objectives, with autonomy and responsibility.

Profile sought

We are looking for 2 types of profiles:

1. Executing team leader (reliable)

• Confirmed site experience
• Technically solid, autonomous on site
• Capable of managing a small team
• Serious, consistent, quality-oriented

→ You do the job properly, every day.

2. Leading team leader (possible progression)

• Very good site level
• Capable of imposing a framework and managing a team
• Makes decisions and assumes responsibilities
• Willingness to progress (site manager eventually)

→ You lift others up.

Essential conditions

• Driving licence required
• Company vehicle provided
• Real site experience required
