Job Description

• Management and organisation of goods incoming and outgoing from the warehouse
• Inventory control and stock management
• Preparation and packaging of orders for shipment
• Monitoring of deadlines and delivery dates
• Use of management software for recording warehouse movements
• Handling of documentation related to logistics and warehouse
• Coordination with suppliers and the operational team to ensure efficient management

Requirements

• Basic professional training as a logistics clerk with Swiss Federal VET Diploma
• At least 2-3 years of experience after apprenticeship, preferably in an industrial environment
• Native German speaker with good knowledge of Italian
• Knowledge of main warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office
• SUVA-recognised forklift licences (tow, front, and reach trucks, overhead crane)
• Excellent organisational skills and precision
• Comfortable working in a team
• Availability to work shifts (weekends, public holidays)
