For our client, an innovative company in the field of precision manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual as a Polymechanic Setup Technician CNC Turning (m/f/d). Polymechanic CNC Turning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup and production of demanding precision parts on CNC turning machines
• Processing of high-quality materials such as titanium, stainless steels, and nickel-based alloys
• Monitoring ongoing production and performing quality controls
• Documentation of manufactured parts and measurement results
• Analysis and rectification of production deviations and machine malfunctions
• Active participation in the optimisation and further development of manufacturing processes
• Close collaboration with programmers and the production team

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, preferably specialising in machining
• Professional experience in CNC turning and independent setup
• Solid knowledge in machining and strong technical understanding
• Enjoyment in manufacturing complex and precise components
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Precise, independent, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality
• Willingness to work partly in two shifts
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
