As part of its expansion in French-speaking Switzerland, our client, a small company based in Geneva, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker.

Your role

You will manage an already established portfolio of properties and benefit from a steady flow of new mandates. Unlike many positions on the market, prospecting represents only a small part of your activity.

Your priority is to support sellers and buyers through to the conclusion of transactions.

The properties are spread across the whole of French-speaking Switzerland.

Profile sought

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a real estate broker in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss real estate market.
• Ability to manage a property portfolio independently.
• Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in negotiation and transaction follow-up.
• Driving licence and mobility across French-speaking Switzerland.
